Refund & Return Policy

If a product arrives and is faulty, broken or we have sent the wrong product we will return the product at no cost to the customer Screenstyle WA will replace it with the correct or working product.

If you change your mind about a purchase or make an incorrect choice, we will provide you with a store credit within 14 days of delivery for unopened products this credit does not include delivery costs and may incur a restocking fee of up to $45 per item.

Screenstyle WA will not provide a refund or replace a product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all instructions and advice or warnings given by the manufacturer or supplier are followed.

In some cases the customer may be asked to take and send us a photo of the faulty goods this may be used to determine whether the problem can be fixed over the phone, whether we can send someone to fix the product or if the product needs to be returned.

Statutory conditions and warranties apply. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the application of those statutory conditions and warranties.
